Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.

Registrations cannot be shared.

1) AWA Member rates apply to Professional Members or staff members of an AWA corporate member.

2) Registrations for Full Time Students must be accompanied with a photocopy of a student card and a letter from the university/college declaring full time student status.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to events@awa.asn.au. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellations received prior to Friday 2 March 2018: Refund less a $150 administration charge. 

Cancellations received on Friday 2 March 2018, up until Friday 13 April 2018: Refund less a $450 administration charge. 

Cancellations received after Friday, 13 April 2018: Refunds will not be issued. However substitutions will be accepted without charge until Tuesday, 1 May 2018.

Substitutions

All substitutes must be made in writing to events@awa.asn.au

Substutions made before Tuesday, 1 May will not incur any costs.

Any substitution made after Tuesday, 1 May will incur a $150 administration charge.

  • Satchel including Program Book
  • Access to full papers and e-Posters (available to download online)
  • Morning tea & Lunch daily

  • Welcome Networking Evening (Mon 7 May) – not available for onsite registrations
  • Happy Hour (Tues 8 May)
  • Closing Drinks (Thurs 10 May) 

Note: Welcome Networking Evening is NOT included in ‘onsite’ rates. Gala Dinner is NOT included in the registration package – tickets must be purchased separately
