Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.

Registrations cannot be shared.

1) AWA Member rates apply to Professional Members or staff members of an AWA corporate member.

2) Registrations for Full Time Students must be accompanied with a photocopy of a student card and a letter from the university/college declaring full time student status.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to events@awa.asn.au. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellations received prior to Friday 3 March 2017: Refund less a $150 administration charge. 

Cancellations received on Friday 3 March 2017, up until Friday 14 April 2017: Refund less a $450 administration charge. 

Cancellations received after Friday, 14 April 2017: Refunds will not be issued, however, substitute delegates will be accepted without charge.

  • Satchel including Program Book
  • Access to full papers and e-Posters (available to download online)
  • Morning tea & Lunch daily
  • Afternoon Tea (Tues 16 May & Wed 17 May)
  • Welcome Networking Evening (Mon 15 May) – not available for onsite registrations
  • Happy Hour (Tues 16 May)
  • Closing Drinks (Thurs 18 May) 

Note: Welcome Networking Evening is NOT included in ‘onsite’ rates. Gala Dinner is NOT included in the registration package – tickets must be purchased separately

Day registrations

Day registrants will be entitled to the following on the day(s) selected:

Note: If registering for more than one day, only one name badge, satchel and contents will be issued.

Workshop/Panel registrations

  • Attendance at one workshop/panel session only & Trade Exhibition
  • Access to the specific workshop/panel materials and Posters (available to download online)
  • Limit of 20 passes available per workshop/ panel
  • Must select specific workshop/panel session at the time of registration
  • Does not include catering
