Ozwater'21 Registration fees
  1. Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.
  2. AWA Member rates apply to Professional Members or staff members of an AWA corporate member.
  3. Concession rates apply to Full Time Students and Retirees (semi-retired and retired). Registrations for Full Time Students must be accompanied with a photocopy of a student card and a letter from the university/college declaring full time student status.
  4. If paying by invoice, the payment must be received withing 14 days from the order date. Payment by invoice will only be available for registrations ordered prior to 19 April. 
  5. Young Water Professional program only includes access to Ozwater’21 on Monday, 3 May.
  6. Gala Dinner Tickets are NOT included in any registration package – tickets must be purchased separately at the time of registration. Maximum 2 Gala Dinner Tickets per delegate registration.

The Association has closely followed Government recommendations to developCOVIDSafe Guidelinesfor AWA events going forward. These guidelines will be in place at this event and have been developed to ensure attendee and staff health and safety. Your support is also essential to keep this event COVIDSafe. We ask that delegates observe good hygiene and physical distancing at the event. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the event. Please notify the event contact in writing that you are unable to attend. In addition, please make sure that the direct contact details for the attendee are entered at the time of registration.  


All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Cancellation charges are as follows: 

  1. Cancellations received prior to Wednesday 31 March 2021: Refund less a $150 administration charge.  
  2. Cancellations received after Wednesday 31 March 2021: Refunds will not be issued. However substitutions will be accepted without charge until Friday, 30 April 2021.
  3. If Federal, State or Local Government restrictions relating to COVID-19 impact your ability to attend, please contact [email protected]


  1. Substitutes must be made in writing to [email protected] 
  2. Substitutions made on or before Friday, 30 April 2021 will not incur any costs. 
  3. Any substitution made after Friday, 30 April 2021 will incur a $150 administration charge. 

At all Association events the highest standards of professional, respectful and supportive behaviour are expected. This includes treating all fellow attendees and staff fairly and with dignity, courtesy and respect and not engaging in any conduct which a reasonable person would deem to be unwelcome, offensive, humiliating, or intimidating.

Photography / Filming at Events

Participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, filmed and/or recorded at Association events and these may be used in Association publications and promotional materials. If you do NOT wish your image to be used you must make yourself known to the organisers.

Sharing registrations

AWA does not allow shared registrations. A separate registration is required for each individual.

Changes to the Event

AWA reserves the right at any time to change the format, content, speakers, location and timing or any other aspect of the Event.

Day Registrations 

Day registrants will be entitled to the following on the day selected: 

  • Attendance at conference sessions & Trade Exhibition (Tues 4 May – Thurs 6 May)

  • Morning Tea, Lunch & Afternoon Tea (Tues 4 May & Wed 5 May)

 Workshop/Panel Session Only Registrations 

  • Attendance at one workshop/panel session only & Trade Exhibition (Tues 4 May or Wed 5 May)
  • Access to the specific workshop/panel materials and Posters (available to download online) 
  • Limit of 20 passes available per workshop/panel 
  • Must select Tuesday or Wednesday registration at the time of registration 
  • Does not include catering 

Free Trade Visitor Registration 
Discover the latest technologies and services at the Ozwater Trade Exhibition for free. All you need to do is pre-register as a free trade visitor, giving you quick and easy access to the exhibition. Trade visitor registration will open April 2021. 

*Trade registration includes access to only the trade exhibition with no catering.  

Gala Dinner Tickets (Tues 4 May) 

  • Gala Dinner Tickets are NOT included in any registration package – tickets must be purchased separately. 
  • Tickets are $250 each and there is a maximum of 2 tickets per delegate registration.
