Delegate Registration

Yes, all prices are inclusive of 10% GST and are in Australian dollars. 

Concession rates apply to Full Time Students, retirees (semi-retired and retired) and Young Water Professionals under the age of 25. Registrations for full time students must be accompanied with a photocopy of a student card and a letter from the university/college declaring full time student status. 

Payment by invoice will be available for registrations ordered prior to Monday 24 April 2023.  

If paying by invoice, the payment must be received within 14 days from the order date.  

Sharing of registrations is not permitted. A separate registration is required for everyone who wishes to attend.  

All cancellations must be made in writing to events@awa.asn.au. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Cancellation charges are as follows:  

• Cancellations received prior to Friday 31 March 2023 will be issued a refund less a $150 administration charge. 
• Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are received after Friday 31 March 2023. Substitutions however will be accepted without charge until Friday 28 April 2023. 

Yes, if you are unable to attend you can transfer your pass to someone else, any changes to your pass must be made in writing to  events@awa.asn.au.   

Transfer charges are as follows:

• Transfers made on or before Friday 28 April 2023 will not incur any costs.  
• Any transfers made after Friday 28 April 2023 will incur a $150 administration charge. 

A: No, Gala Dinner tickets are not included as part of any registration package. Tickets must be purchased separately at the time of registration. Tickets are $275 each and there is a maximum of 1 ticket per delegate registration.

Full Registrations  

• Access to all keynote and afternoon sessions over the 3-days  
• Access to trade exhibition over the 3-days 
• The first 800 delegates to register will receive a conference satchel   
• Access to complete papers and e-posters, available for download 
• Morning tea and lunch daily  
• Afternoon tea (Wednesday, 10 – Thursday, 11 May)  
• Welcome Networking Evening (Tuesday, 9 May) 
• Happy Hour (Wednesday, 10 May)  
• Closing Drinks (Friday, 12 May)   

Day Registrations  

Day registrants will be entitled to the following on the day selected:   

• Access to keynote and afternoon sessions  
• Access to the trade exhibition  
• The first 800 delegates to register will receive a conference satchel   
• Access to complete papers and e-posters, available for download 
• Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea (Wed 10 - Thursday 11 May)  
• Morning Tea, Lunch and Closing Drinks (Thurs 12 May)  

Workshop/Panel Session Only Registrations   

• Attendance at one workshop/panel session only  
• Access to the trade exhibition  
• Access to the specific workshop/panel materials and Posters (available to download online) 

A: Yes, you can discover the latest technologies and services at the Ozwater Trade Exhibition for free. Access is included in a delegate registration, or if you would like to attend the Exhibition only, all you need to do is pre-register, giving you quick and easy access to the exhibition. Trade visitor registration is available here. Catering is not included.
